In honour of Helsinki Food Year, the restaurant Zen sushi - sushi & sake organizes a workshop, where daifuku (mochi) and odango are prepared and tasted together!
Daifuku (mochi) and odango are everyday sweets in Japan.
The workshop combines Finnish and Japanese flavours and the sweets will be made wheat-free and vegan.
