Helsinki Deaconess Institute
Finland's first Deaconess Foundation has been operating for three centuries. The history of the Deaconess Foundation begins in 1867, when the Foundation began as a hospital and an educator for young women. Forms of work became more diverse in the 20th century and in the 21st century resources began to be allocated to the services of demanding special groups. The exhibition is open weekdays 9-15.
