Viapori Jazz - A suit is sewn in silence

How to welcome the inevitable guest, unexpected or expected? The one who has taken measurements for a death suit while still living. Jukka Perko Avara together with actor Hannu-Pekka Björkman have created an audio image of transience, life and death using words and music. The show travels through time and through Europe, inspired by the la danse macabre theme of medieval church art, and asks the listener how we live and how we die in the whirlwind of our universe.
