The Most Beautiful Cover Songs, Church Concert

Kirka, Eric Clapton, J Karjalainen, Johnny Cash, Kari Tapio, CCR... A wonderful selection of songs from the most beloved artists.

The concert brings the most beautiful compositions of light music from the past decades to Lauttasaari Church. 

Troubadour and long-time singer/songwriter Jerry Ala-Leppilampi performs familiar tunes arranged for a guitar duo at the concert. Finnish gems can be heard, e.g. from the production of Badding, J. Karjalainen and Kirka; the English-language songs delve into the compositions of, for example, Eric Clapton, John Lennon and Pink Floyd. 

The atmosphere of the concert is relaxed and warm, singing along is allowed at this concert! 

The other side of the guitar duo is nephew Aku Leppilampi (solo guitar, vocals). Sister Ilona Ala-Leppilampi, well-known as a Irish musician, will also be heard as a guest (vocals, violin).
