In the inaugural concert of Taurus Consort, led by Tatu Erkkilä, the listener will be guided into the soundscape of English renaissance and the tradition of part songs.

Traces of the vividness and variety of renaissance polyphony remain in the compositions of British romanticism - both short suites and individual pieces will be heard.
In the concert, music intended to sound in the echo of ancient cathedrals meets the thrill of madrigals and the poetry of 19th and 20th centuries.
