Smaku Helsinki 2024

Smaku invites you to enjoy the flavours of late-summer Helsinki!

The food event Smaku has been delighting friends of high-quality restaurant experiences, mouth-watering flavors, and warm encounters since 2016. 

So far, Smaku has been enjoyed in Porvoo, Loviisa, Rovaniemi, and Naantali, and this fall, Smaku will land in Helsinki! The first Smaku Helsinki will be held from September 4th to 14th, 2024, and it will be located in the areas of Downtown, Kallio, Töölö, and Sea, the latter of which includes island restaurants.

Participating restaurants and cafés in Smaku will prepare tasting versions, called Smaku portions, intended to showcase the taste of that particular restaurant or café. The food enthusiasts are invited to explore the participating restaurants during Smaku, indulge, meet others, and most importantly, enjoy the flavors of late-summer Helsinki! 

The Smaku portions will be published in August at smakufestivals.com, and the price of the portions will be €5 - €15. If you wish, you can vote for your favorite portion during the event at  smakufestivals.com . Among all voters, Smaku will raffle a gift card to each participating restaurant. At the end of the event, the most popular portion of Smaku Helsinki will also be awarded.
