Rondo Open Mic

Rondo Open Mic invites lovers of spoken word art to a new club in the heart of Viikki! 

The event is filled with lyricists featuring Raakasaga and Yavis, who will open the evening. Whether your genre is spoken or written word, rap lyrics, street poetry or something else entirely, you will find a community and an audience for yourself at this club.

The open mic part of the evening starts after the warm-up performers. You can present your own poetry, rap, song lyric, thought, joke — the most important thing is that the text is your own. Each performer has five minutes on stage. On the spot, it is also possible to connect e.g. a phone to the sound system for background music.
