During the course, children will be introduced to the work of a designer. The course will involve drawing, designing, shaping and building.
During the course, children will be introduced to the work of a designer. The course will involve drawing, designing, shaping and building.
The design process will go from inspiration, through ideation, to realisation. The course will teach the participants about visual communication by creating their own symbol map and logo. During the course, the participants will receive two briefs. The first brief is to design a café concept inspired by bees and the second brief is to design a prototype of a product and create a visual user manual for the product.
The course will include a variety of exercises and amusing activities. The multiple handouts designed for the course will support learning. The children will have the opportunity to participate in playful competitions where points will be awarded in the form of sweets. The course will feature flow exercises to help the participants discover their own superpowers as well as to calm down and focus. The REDESIGN course is taught in English.
