Professor Herne’s Family Tour 

Professor Herne has an exciting hobby which is collecting flavours. His collection is already huge, but as I'm sure you know, it's not easy to suppress the passion for collecting. During this fun family-oriented guided tour, we find different flavors in the museum.

The tour lasts about half an hour and is best suited for primary school children, but children of all ages can take part in the tour. One tour can accommodate 12 children, and participation in the tour requires the presence of an adult. No pre-registration is required. The tour starts on the third floor, in the lobby of the museum. You can enter with a museum ticket.

Professor Herne's Time Travel Adventure

In a self-paced adventure, a malfunctioning time machine transports you to a hunter-gatherer campfire. To get back to modern times, you must solve six mystery tasks found in the museum. You can get help solving the tasks from the Taste Matters exhibition.

You can go on a self-guided adventure during the museum's opening hours, with the price of museum admission. The recommended age for adventurers is 10–13 years, but all ages are welcome on Professor Herne's time travel adventure. If reading presents a challenge, then a parent or guardian should be along for the journey. Professor Herne has left more detailed instructions on the third floor, in the lobby of the museum.
