Pauliina Paijola: Expressions

The art exhibition by Pauliina Paijola is on display at Flower Shop and Art Gallery Blossom point.

"Faces—and especially lips—are perhaps the most important means of expressing human emotions. The expressions created by faces and lips convey mystery, joy, desire, and enthusiasm.

The idea of designing ceramic wall vases and lips arose from a desire to create ceramic pieces that could be placed on walls, even functional ceramics. Human faces, and in this case, women’s faces, felt like a natural and suitably challenging subject. 

With the ceramic vases on the wall and Happy Lips, I aim to bring joy, playfulness, and a touch of flirtation to everyday life and interior design. I hope they bring delight to their viewers and create a sense of lightness around them."
