Parkour for Girls Trial Lesson

If you're interested in parkour, but you haven't dared to join yet because the mixed groups are too thrilling - come and try parkour with the girls' own free trial lesson.

The girls' own parkour group practices exactly the same movements and exercises as in the mixed groups: different basic parkour techniques and ways of moving. During the lessons, the participants practice e.g. different ways to cross and go under obstacles, controlled landings, balancing, hanging and movement combinations. Exercises are made easier or more difficult as needed to suit each student.
The course is also training working in a group and the goal is to encourage independent training. 

No prior skills are needed, the instructor of the class is experienced circus and parkour instructor Pauliina Puustinen.
