Nordic Theatre Companyn näytelmä TAIDE

A comedy about the enduring power of friendship. Starring Taneli Mäkelä, Eero Aho and Aku Hirviniemi. Directed by Paavo Westerberg.

Taneli Mäkelä, Eero Aho and Aku Hirviniemi will take the stage together for the first time under the direction of Paavo Westerberg for the most significant occasion in Finnish theatre in spring 2023.

Yasmina Reza’s play “Taide” (“Art”) is a modern classic, a perceptively intelligent and entertaining comedic drama about friendship between men, art and talking about art. To be premiered on 18 May 2022, the play will only be performed for a limited time at the Savoy Theatre in Helsinki.

Nordic Theatre Company is a Helsinki-based theatre founded in 2021 by theatre director and playwright Paavo Westerberg and producer Pete Eklund. The performances of “Taide” are produced in cooperation with Nelonen Media Live.

PLEASE NOTE: The stalls and the stalls boxes are only allowed for over 18s. The balcony is allowed for people of all ages.
