Musical Theatre Workshop

The English spoken two-part musical theatre workshop is focusing on acting and Bob Fosse's distinctive dance style. 

Isabella Nyström, a choreographer who graduated from the Sibelius Academy, will lead the dance section of the workshop. The acting section will be led by H. S. Fernandez, an experienced drama teacher.

In the acting section (1.5 h), you'll do some warmup exercises, acting exercises and improv.

The dance section (2,5 h) will start with a warm-up and introduction to Bob Fosse's approach to movement. The second part will continue to focus on technique, but will allow more use of the space while practising combinations. 

In the final part, you'll apply these moves and technique by learning a short choreography. The workshop will end with a quick cool down.
