Attending the Helsinki-Hops you will experience the diverse sport of rope skipping (also known as jump rope). Members of Rope Skipping Helsinki and other jumpers from the Helsinki metropolitan area including Nordicjumproping will be at the venue helping you with anything jump rope related.

The event consists of several workshops that broadly cover different sub-genres of rope skipping. You are welcome to pick the most interesting ones or join them all if you so desire. All the workshops are beginner-friendly and suitable for both children and adults.
Between the workshops you can jump rope at your pace or watch rope skipping performances by the organizers.

Weather-appropriate outdoor sports gear and your own jump rope is recommended but not necessary. Ropes of different lengths can be borrowed from the organizers.
