Helsinki Central Park Run 2023

The Helsinki Central Park Run event will be held again in midsummer in Paloheinä district. 

The mainly sand-based route is a 5 km round course in the Paloheinä terrain. The event includes the tracks of 5km, 10km and 15km.

The event is suitable for runners of all levels.
