Are you interested in the drag culture and doing creative things together? Have you always wanted to experiment with the drag arts, but didn’t know how? Now you have the chance!

Caisa’s Drag-it-Out workshops focus on creative expression, art and doing fun things together.

The workshops will teach you how to do make-up, make costumes and accessories, and create your own choreography for a performance. The workshops will include basic make-up and materials for accessories, but you can also bring your own. The Drag-it-Out workshops will now be organised for the third time and have received a lot of good feedback from both young people and their parents.

The directors will ensure that there won’t be any sexualisation in the characters’ costumes/performance.

If you wish, you will also have the opportunity to perform at the gala on 29 June.

Drag-it-Out gala
The Drag-it-Out gala offers young people the opportunity to perform and try out the skills they have learned in the workshops. The gala will feature amazing young people performing the different styles of drag ranging from glam to punk, rock and vintage. All the artists are unique individuals and beautiful just the way they are. Book your tickets in advance!

The age limit for the workshops and gala is 13–17 years. The idea behind the gala is that it will be carried out by young people for young people. The young people themselves will invite their guardians to attend the gala. The identity of the adults will be checked at the entrance.
