Children’s culture week at Annantalo

Children’s culture week celebrates the joy of reading and literature!

At the Poetry Lounge (second floor of Annantalo), which celebrates Kirsi Kunnas’ 100th anniversary, you can hear and tell stories throughout the week. During the week, poetry and literature are also studied at workshops and lectures.

The week culminates on Saturday 18 May with an event day as Kirsi Kunnas’ poems about animals and other animal-related children’s literature take on many forms of art at open workshops. A performance combining theatre and visual art, The Color Kittens, will be seen in the Hall.
