Anybody's Architecture: Capellanaukio Square

Anybody's Architecture: Capellanaukio Square is a dance performance choreographed for five dancers

Anybody's Architecture: Capellanaukio Square is a dance performance choreographed for five dancers in one of Kalasatama's most delightful public outdoor spaces.

The work is the ninth part of choreographer Ismo-Pekka Heikinheimo's series of works where contemporary dance, architecture and music meet. The series has achieved great popularity and critical success.

The choreography progresses smoothly from one scene to the next in close interaction with the Early One Morning, Eternity Sculpture, a pink steel sculpture rising up to four meters, and the architecture surrounding it. The sculpture was designed by the Swedish artist Jacob Dahlgren.

The work is suitable for the whole family and will be performed a total of ten times over five days at the end of July.
