Antero Laine: Paintings

Nature, animals and people are the themes in the art of Antero Laine. 

In this exhibition of recent paintings, animals are inhabiting the cityscape. One can also see glimpses of the shared experience of isolation during Covid-19.

Laine has graduated as visual artisan from Kaarisilta vocational education in visual arts in 2006. He works in Kaarisilta Studio in Lahti. Laine was awarded as the Kettuki Artist of the Year in 2018. This is his fifth solo exhibition.
