Soprano Annika Leino and pianist Kirill Kozlovski perform Paul Hindemith's Das Marienleben in Lauttasaari Church.

Paul Hindemith's composition is based on the poems of Rainer Maria Rilke, the subject of which is the life of Mary, the mother of Jesus. The work had its premiere in 1923 in Weimar.

Soprano Annika Leino (b. 1989) graduated in April 2018 as a Master of Music from the Sibelius Academy's opera education. She is currently studying under Johanna Rusanen-Kartano.

Pianist and harpsichordist Kirill Kozlovski graduated with a doctorate in music from the Sibelius Academy's DocMus unit's artist education with the subject of contextualizing the music of Dmitri Shostakovich. He has performed in solo concerts and as a chamber musician at several international festivals.
