The exhibition’s works aim to capture the diversity of Helsinki’s streetscape with a uniform technique.
The exhibition presents ink drawings of places in Helsinki that the artist considers important. Architecture in Helsinki is varied, including national romanticism, functionalism, modern glass buildings and sculptures.
Annika Kanckos is a researcher at the University of Helsinki and has previously held exhibitions in Vaasa and Helsinki. The artist currently lives in Maunula.
