Public saunas and swimming in Keilaniemi

Come and experience the marine sauna & winter swimming experience in Keilaniemi in Espoo. You can take a refreshing dip in sea right in front of the unique saunas at Laguuni! Swim in the sea in a hole in the ice in the coldest months of winter or enjoy the warmer water in the summer.

This winter, two saunas at Keilis will be heated weekly – the fully renovated wood-heated sauna (after the 23/24 season) and the electric-heated barrel sauna

All sauna-goers and swimmers have access to 4 lightly heated changing rooms and one shower for rinsing. You can take a refreshing dip in the refreshing sea right in front of the saunas. In addition, the brand-new covered cooling-off area offers shelter from the wind for sauna-goers and winter swimmers between dips.

Psst! During public sauna sessions, a kiosk at Laguuni will be open, where you can buy both non-alcoholic and alcoholic sauna drinks, as well as small snacks!

A limited number of people are admitted to the saunas at one time and we recommend booking a spot for the shift in sauna in advance.

We are located in Keilaniemi in Espoo , which offers a beautiful seaside just on the border of two cities. You can reach us by metro, car or city bike. The closest metro station is less than 1km from us and city bike station is just in front of Laguuni.
