Restaurant Nokka
Kanavaranta 7 F, 00160 Helsinki
Wild and sustainably grown Finnish ingredients are the core of Nokka’s cooking. At Nokka, everything is made by hand, each ingredient is given the respect it deserves, and extra attention is paid to minimize food waste. Wild ingredients from Finnish forests and waters are used: game, fish, berries, mushrooms, plants and herbs. Only sustainably grown, organic produce and meats from carefully selected small Finnish producers are on menu. In summer, Nokka opens out towards the Baltic Sea and offers what is undoubtedly one of Helsinki’s most inviting outdoor patio areas, just a stone’s throw away from the city centre. Nokka was awarded the Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy in 2024.
