Titta – Malmi Summer of Events

Titta, the shining star in the indie sky, will perform at Malmi's event summer.

Singer-songwriter Titta (Titta Hakala) has been making music since 2014 when she released her debut single: ‘Maailma loppuu tänään’. The song was received well, and over the years, Titta has released several singles and has been featured on other artists’ songs. Titta’s single, ‘Elämä on nyt’, is the biggest hit of her career so far – in early autumn of 2021, it was already among Finland’s top five most played songs.

Before ‘Elämä on nyt’, Titta decided to take a creative break from making music and focus on her studies at Helsinki’s Pop & Jazz Conservatory. This break ended up lasting three years, but it was worth it. Titta says she grew especially as a songwriter during the break, and this pause also helped her find her own voice as an artist.
