The Espa Stage will ring loud and proud as the tango king Teijo Lindström sets out to conquer the hearts of listeners with beloved entertainment classics with his accompanist Marko Kostiainen.

Teijo Lindström became known to the general public when he was crowned tango king at the Seinäjoen Tangomarkkinat in summer 2017. Even before winning the tango singing competition, Teijo, known as a versatile artist and musician, was giving concerts and touring across Finland.

In the life of the young man who was a big fan of Katri Helena, classical music went hand in hand with easy listening music, ever since the start of his music career. In his concerts, Teijo has always naturally performed a wide range of music, moving around the world of opera, operetta, musicals, tango and easy listening music of the big stages.
