Improvised Soirée & Grand Finale of the Dancing in the City

The event combines two famous concepts by Tsuumi Dance Theatre: Improvised soirée & Dancing in the city 2023 season.

Improvised soirée is a new kind of performance concept combining dance art, Finnish soirée tradition, live music and the opportunity to participate. Tsuumi Dance Theatre's dancers and musicians throw themselves wholeheartedly into the moment, inspired by things like the surrounding environment.

Dancing in the city is a concept in which professional dancers give free dance lessons throughout Helsinki during the summer. The concept started in 2000, and it's been arranged by Tsuumi since 2015. 
During this event, the audience will first experience the performance, followed by a dance teaching session and free dances with live music.
