Welcome to Annantalo during the Children's Culture Week, a celebration of literature, reading and listening! At the heart of the week is the Kirsi Kunnas 100 Years Poetry Room, with a programme of events throughout the week.

Saturday's IKI-TIK TIKI-TAK event day is the climax of the Children's Culture Week at Annantalo.
The programme includes workshops inspired by Kirsi Kunnas' fairy tales and poems as well as a piece of the Glims & Gloms Dance Theatre’s Tii-tii-tiitiäinen poetry show. The ILMI Ö theatre group will be putting on a performance of Margaret Wise Brown's The Color Kittens (Finnish translation by Kirsi Kunnas) at Annantalo’s banquet hall. The southern glass gallery will feature Christelle Mas’ Supernature exhibition, where nature meets technology.
WORKSHOPS

VILLE AND VALLE
In this workshop, participants build mechanical toys in the spirit of Kirsi Kunnas and the Annantalo Moving Laboratory student exhibition.

THE KING OF PIIRESPAARESMAA
Come and help the king of Piirespaaresmaa to get dressed. He doesn't really know what to wear. Draw pictures of him and add to the drawings, wondering where the king lives and who is with him.

RASIAN SISÄSSÄ RASIAN SISÄSSÄ RASIA JA SIINÄ ASIA. MIKÄ? KOKO RASIA
Elinoora and Fassiloora carry around the mobile box of poems. Come and listen to Kirsi Kunnas' rhymes and poems together with them.

A FRIEND FOR ME workshop
Create your own fairy tale characters with stamp printing. In the workshop, the characters will be printed on a cloth bag for you to take home.

Theater ILMIÖ.: Painter Cats
Painter Cats is a performance combining visual arts and theater for children over 2 years old. With a focus on music, visual arts, and physical theater, the performance is suitable for multilingual audiences.

GLIMS & GLOMS Dance Theatre: Tii-Tii-Tiitiäinen
Tii-Tii-Tiitiäinen is a performance for the whole family based on the poems of Kirsi Kunnas, which is being previewed at Annantalo.
The performance features generational favourite characters from Kunnas' works, including Tiitiäinen and Haitula.
