Alexandr Foy is professional on socio-economic integration, governing in non-profit sector, media & event production and inclusive education. His main values are human rights, equality and social inclusion. He is co-founder and current chairman of Svenska.fi association of foreigners who integrate in Swedish language in Finland. He is a board member of Tigern rf – a Swedish speaking cultural association, publisher of Ny Tid magazine. Foys is also co-founder, board member and main producer of Tochka.fi – russian-speaking lifestlyle media and event-agency based in Helsinki, and lot more.
Globe Art Point
The core mission of Globe Art Point is advocating cultural equity, diversity and inclusion in the arts and cultural sector in Finland. G.A.P also serves as an information centre and meeting point for artists, cultural workers and arts and cultural institutions in Finland. G.A.P.’s focus is on Finland-based professional artists, cultural workers and cultural entrepreneurs with diverse backgrounds being acknowledged and their untapped potential fully utilised. G.A.P, together with their stakeholders and collaborators, is dedicated to improving the existing structures and building a society free from cultural discrimination or any other form of oppression. Their goal is to create constructive and action-driven dialogues with the entire society, from local grassroots to the national level.

Helsinki Open Waves radio, Caisa and the Global Music Department of Sibelius Academy present HOW radio: Global Club Nights, a radio discussion series focusing on the music industry in Finland from the perspective on intercultural collaboration.
The discussions take into consideration both the part of the musician and the business side, focusing on diversity in a neutral, safe space.
