On Helsinki Day, small Helsinki residents can make the city their own by creating art at Annantalo.

In the morning, between 9.00 and 11.00, we invite families with babies and daycare groups to join our workshops. There will be Baby Dancing in Kamppi ((fully booked)), the Little People in Helsinki graphic workshop, Bugs and Creatures in Helsinki craft workshop and My Helsinki collective painting workshop. In addition, there will be performances by Dididot the Clown and the Giggling Body.

In the afternoon, from 15.30 to 17.30, we invite families to do art together. The programme includes three non-stop workshops: the Little People in Helsinki graphic workshop, Bugs and Creatures in Helsinki craft workshop and My Helsinki collective painting workshop. Dididot the Clown will perform and also instruct the audience in the noble art of clowning. At around 17.00, it will be time for the Dance and Mime Theatre Auraco’s HELMIME performance on Annantalo’s outdoor stage.
