Andrée Noelle Cooligan: Pines and Urban Settings

Former Canadian Ambassador to Finland Andrée Noëlle Cooligan debuts as an artist supporting Finnish charities. 

She has teamed up with the Canadian Embassy, and jazz duo Timo Lassy and Teppo Mäkynen to raise funds for HOPE Finland and Save Pond Hockey (climate change action).
